Given the continual smackdowns at the Court of Appeals and the lack of evidence, I cannot imagine anyone trying to bring this up again. The FTC has 150 days to go at it again, and then we can all call it a day. The FTC would appear to have its hands full right now with Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Google, which is another reason the commission needs just to let go. ... "
